大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glycines)是一种严重为害大豆生产的植物寄生线虫,在我国主要产豆区东北和黄淮海地区均发生普遍。由于此线虫种内存在生理分化,不断培育种植抗病品种成为防治的重要途径。明确不同抗性品种对此线虫的影响,对抗大豆胞囊线虫品种的选育和监测均有一定意义。 本研究采用组织染色结合检查根系胞囊量的方法,于1986年在温室内进行了不同抗性的大豆品种对大豆胞囊
Heterodera glycines is a plant parasitic nematode that is seriously harmful to soybean production. It is common in the northeast and Huang-Huai-Hai areas of China. Due to the physiological differentiation of the nematode species, continuous cultivation of resistant varieties has become an important way of prevention and treatment.
