Doing a good job of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises is a major hot spot for the “two sessions” this year. NPC deputies and CPPCC members put forward many opinions and suggestions on issues such as the transformation of operating mechanisms of enterprises, the deepening of internal reforms, and the implementation of the “Enterprise Law.”
