我对学校的管理一直有着美好的愿景,希望通过一系列的管理让教师享受教,学生享受学,努力使师生身心和智慧在教学中获得自由和谐的发展,基于此,我在办学实践中提出了“方圆有致”的管理思想。“方圆有致”的管理包括两个方面:“方”可以理解为管理的制度与规范、师生活动的准则,是管理行为的轨迹:“圆”不是圆滑,而是落实管理行为时的变通与灵活、理解与尊重,给师生以人文关怀,是管理行为的润滑剂。通过“方圆有致”的管理,让师生享受教学。
