本文将5种不同菌株制成的冻干BCG分别接种于719例180天内的婴幼儿,考核其12周阳转率,1、3、6年阳性维持率及不良反应。结果证明5种冻干BCG其质量均优且无不良反应,值得推广应用。
In this paper, 5 kinds of different strains of freeze-dried BCG were inoculated in 719 infants and young children within 180 days to assess their positive rate of 12 weeks, 1,3,6 years of positive maintenance and adverse reactions. The results show that the five kinds of freeze-dried BCG are excellent quality and no adverse reactions, it is worth promoting the application.
