目的 观察99m Tc 甲状腺显像甲状腺放射性强度在不同甲状 腺疾 病 中的 表 现, 并 分 析其 临 床意 义。 方法 采 用 S P E C T 对正常人和不同甲状腺疾病患者80 例进行99m Tc 甲状腺显像,计算甲状腺的放射性最大计数和平均计数。结果 甲亢组和单纯性甲状腺肿甲状腺放射性最大计数和平均计数均明显高于正常组和甲减组( P< 0001) ; 甲亢组和单纯性甲状腺肿组比较,其甲状腺放射性最大计数和平均计数仍高于后者( P<005) ;正常组与甲减组比,甲状腺放射性最大计数和平均计数无明显差异( P > 005) 。结论 结合患者的临床情况, 对99m Tc甲状腺显像的甲状腺放射性强度进行分析,对不同的甲状腺疾病的诊断有一定的帮助。
Objective To observe the performance of 99m Tc thyroid imaging thyroid radioactivity in different thyroid diseases and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods SPECT 99m Tc thyroid imaging was performed on 80 normal subjects and patients with different thyroid diseases by using SPECT. The maximum and the average radiation counts of thyroid were calculated. Results The maximum and average counts of thyroid gland in hyperthyroidism group and simple goiters group were significantly higher than those in normal group and hypothyroidism group (P <0001). The highest thyroid radioactivity count and average in hyperthyroid group and simple goiter group The count was still higher than the latter (P <005). There was no significant difference between the normal group and the hypothyroidism group in the maximum and average thyroid radioactivity count (P> 005). Conclusions Combined with the clinical situation of patients, 99m Tc thyroid imaging of thyroid radioactivity intensity analysis for different thyroid disease diagnosis have some help.
