试验对伊犁昭苏马场燕麦地分别于7月中旬和8月中旬刈割调制青干草,比较和分析不同刈割期对产草量及加工牧草品质的影响;并用7月份刈割燕麦草调制青贮,查明其发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明,7月份刈割燕麦草地的鲜草产量显著高于8月份刈割,但不同刈割期干草产量无显著影响(P>0.05)。8月份刈割草的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量极显著增加(P<0.01),而粗蛋白(CP)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。适时刈割的燕麦草青贮的乳酸含量达到3.19%,p H下降至3.85。青贮的CP含量与原料相比极显著增加(P<0.01),而NDF和ADF含量与原料相比分别减少16.13%和12.46%。结果表明,昭苏马场种植燕麦并适时刈割可提高产草量和品质,刈割燕麦草的青贮调制能保持原料草有的营养成分含量。
Experiments were conducted to study the effects of different cutting stages on grass yield and the quality of processed forage grasses by cutting and sowing dried hay in mid-July and mid-August respectively in the oat fields of Zhaosu Farm in Yili Prefecture. The oats were mowed in July , To identify the fermentation quality and nutritional content. The results showed that the fresh grass yield of oatgrass mowing in July was significantly higher than that in August, but the hay yield did not change significantly at different mowing times (P> 0.05). In August, the NDF and ADF contents of mowing grass significantly increased (P <0.01), and the content of crude protein (CP) decreased significantly (P <0.01). The lactic acid content of oat grass silage that was timely mowed reached 3.19%, p H decreased to 3.85. The content of CP in silage increased significantly (P <0.01) compared with that of raw materials, while the content of NDF and ADF decreased by 16.13% and 12.46% respectively compared with the raw materials. The results showed that planting oats in Zhaosu Horse Farm and cutting in time could improve the yield and quality of the grass. The silage modulation of oat grass cutting could maintain the nutritional content of raw grass.
