研究了鸡菌 (Terminomycesalbuminusos)液体培养过程中 4种不同培养基对菌体得率、菌体多糖和菌体氨基氮含量的影响 ,并对其进行动力学研究。测定了菌体中蛋白质和氨基酸的含量 ,结果表明 :以菌体得率为指标 ,最适培养基为 :蔗糖 2 0g·L- 1,黄豆粉g·L- 1,酵母粉 15g·L- 1,菌体得率为 2 3.73g·L- 1。以菌体多糖为指标 ,最适培养基为 :花生粉 2 0g·L- 1,葡萄糖 2 0g·L- 1,酵母粉 15g·L- 1,菌体多糖为 14.2 8% ;深层培养 72h ,菌体多糖含量最高达 10 .35% ,培养至 96h ,菌体得率、菌体氨基氮含量最高 ,分别为 2 3.73g·L- 1和 1.2 5% ;菌体蛋白质含量为 2 8 2 8% ,氨基酸含量为 17.78%。
The effects of four different mediums on the yield of bacterial cells, polysaccharides of polysaccharides and the content of amino nitrogen of bacterial cells during the liquid culture of Terminomyces albuminusos were studied, and their kinetics were studied. The content of protein and amino acid in the bacterial cells was determined. The results showed that the optimal culture medium was 20 g · L -1 of sucrose, g · L -1 of soybean powder, 15 g · L- 1, cell yield was 2 3.73g · L- 1. The best polysaccharides were 20 g · L -1 of peanut flour, 20 g · L -1 of glucose, 15 g · L -1 of yeast powder and 14.2 8% of polysaccharide. The highest polysaccharide content was 10.35%. After culturing to 96h, the yield of bacterial cells and amino nitrogen content were the highest, which were 23.73 g · L -1 and 1.2 5%, respectively. The content of bacterial proteins was 2 8 2 8 %, Amino acid content of 17.78%.
