中国国际旅行医学保健协会秦皇岛门诊部对来就诊的518例国际海员进行传染病监测,发现3种禁止入境传染病10例,全部为外籍海员,其中开放性肺结核1例,HIV感染者1例,淋病8例,这一结果表明加强对外国海员性传播疾病的监测是非常有必要的。国际旅行医学门诊部在这方面起着重要的作用,它不仅为国际海员提供医疗救助和医疗服务,也为检疫执法提供重要的信息和依据。
518 international seafarers visited Qinhuangdao out-patient clinic of China International Travel Medical Association for the surveillance of infectious diseases and found 10 kinds of 3 kinds of prohibited entry infectious diseases, all of whom were foreign seafarers, including 1 open pulmonary tuberculosis, 1 HIV infected person, Gonorrhea in 8 cases, the results show that strengthening the monitoring of foreign seafarers sexually transmitted diseases is very necessary. The International Travel Medicine Clinic plays an important role in this regard. It not only provides medical assistance and medical services to international seafarers, but also provides important information and basis for quarantine and law enforcement.
