在经过改造的用于瞬变物种和自由基研究的瞬态紫外光电子能谱仪基础上,研制了新的紫外光电子能谱-飞行时间质谱仪(UPSTOFMS)。飞行时间质谱部分安装在紫外光电子能谱仪电离室一侧,质谱分辨率优于400。用新仪器对稳定化合物丙酮、苯、碘甲烷、碘和微波放电过程中产生的瞬变物种进行了初步实验研究,获得的质谱结果与能谱对应相当好。紫外光电子能谱-飞行时间质谱仪进一步提高了瞬变物种和自由基原位产生和原位探测的研究能力。
Based on the modified transient UV-EES for transient species and free radical studies, a new UV-TOFMS-TOFMS was developed. The time-of-flight mass spectrometer is mounted on the ionization chamber side of the UV-Vis spectrometer and has a mass spectral resolution of better than 400. The new instruments were used to investigate the transient species of acetone, benzene, methyl iodide, iodine and microwave during the discharge of stable compounds. The results of mass spectrometry obtained were quite good corresponding to the spectra. UV-TOF-TOF mass spectrometry further enhances the research capabilities of transient species and generation of free radicals in situ and in-situ detection.
