发电厂及供电局为了让资源得到充分的利用,运用价格杠杆作用鼓励用电户调整用电负荷,削峰填谷,实行分时段计价政策,是为了让电力资源得到优化配置。由于我国目前用电高峰时易造成供电紧张,电压下降,用电低谷时电力设备不能充分发挥作用,处于半闲置状态,利用率大幅下降,所以,在工业用电方面的分时段电能计价,特别是在用电较集中的地区已经在不同程度上开始了试行,如昼夜用电按峰谷不同,计费也不同,夜间电价只相当于白天电价的二分之一。随着居民生活用电量的不断增加,推行分时段计费只是一个时间问题。今年,上海市已在一些地区实行了分时段计费,而且还确定了全面推行的计划。那么,居民电价计费方式的改进将会对家用电器产品的生产和使用方式产生哪些影响?
