在即将到来的21世纪,人类的生存和发展要素将和20世纪有显著的不同。原有依靠土地、原料等有形的优势,随着科技的发展将逐渐失去竞争力,而依靠知识、依靠创新才是振兴中华、发展经济的根本出路。随着科研规模的扩大,企业结构的不断调整,管理科学已日显重要。现代社会普遍认为,管理是一种经济资源,它和科学、技术并列为现代化文明社会的三大支柱。如果说20世纪是经济学人才的盛世的话,那么21世纪将是管理人才的大显身手的世纪。教育创新则是管理科学发展的重要前提。
In the coming 21st century, the elements of human existence and development will be significantly different from those of the 20th century. The original reliance on the tangible advantages of land and raw materials will gradually lose its competitiveness with the development of science and technology. Rely on knowledge and relying on innovation are the fundamental outlets for rejuvenating China and developing economy. With the expansion of the scale of scientific research, the continuous adjustment of enterprise structure, the management of science has become increasingly important. It is generally accepted in modern society that management is an economic resource, and it is tied with science and technology as the three pillars of a modern and civilized society.
