This paper analyzes in detail the types of railway technology in the developed countries in the world and the characteristics unique to China’s rail transport and elaborates the content of establishing a technical system with the characteristics of China’s railways, including the professional technical system, railway informationization and the major railway technology development guideline in our country change.
