目的:检测胃源性卵巢转移癌及原发性卵巢上皮癌组织Survivin和VEGF及Smac/DIABLO蛋白表达差异,并探讨其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学和流式细胞术检测Survivin、VEGF和Smac/DIABLO蛋白在胃源性卵巢转移癌、原发性卵巢上皮癌、良性卵巢上皮肿瘤组织和正常卵巢上皮组织中表达,并分析其相关性。结果:与正常和良性疾病组织相比,胃源性卵巢转移癌、原发性卵巢上皮癌组织Survivin、VEGF蛋白表达均明显增强、Smac/DIABLO蛋白表达明显减弱,P值均<0.05;Survivin胞核表达在胃源性卵巢转移癌明显高于原发性卵巢上皮癌,P<0.05。结论:Sur-vivin、VEGF和Smac/DIABLO蛋白共同参与了胃源性卵巢转移癌和原发性卵巢上皮癌进展过程,Survivin细胞核表达差异可能作为两者鉴别的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the difference of Survivin, VEGF and Smac / DIABLO protein expression between gastric carcinoma and primary epithelial ovarian cancer, and to explore its significance. Methods: The expressions of Survivin, VEGF and Smac / DIABLO protein were detected by immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry in gastric metastatic ovarian cancer, primary epithelial ovarian cancer, benign ovarian epithelial tumor and normal ovarian epithelial tissue Its relevance. Results: Compared with normal and benign tissues, the expression of Survivin and VEGF in gastric carcinoma and primary epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly increased, and the Smac / DIABLO protein expression was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Survivin cells Nuclear expression was significantly higher in primary gastric epithelial ovarian cancer than in primary gastric epithelial ovarian cancer (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Survivin, VEGF and Smac / DIABLO proteins are involved in the progress of gastric carcinoma and primary epithelial ovarian cancer, and the difference in the expression of Survivin may be the marker for the differential diagnosis.
