胚胎组织蛋白含量是衡量胚胎发育情况的一项重要指标。New等证实,将着床后大鼠胚胎从卵园筒阶段(妊娠8天)植入体外培养,胚胎能生存4～5天,长到30～40个体节阶段。我们比较了妊娠9～14天体内及体外生长的胚胎蛋白合成率,结果表明直到妊娠11.5天,体外培养的大鼠胚胎合成蛋白量与体内同期胚胎合成的蛋白量无明显差别。而且蛋白合成率比器官分化更为敏感。测定蛋白含量的方法很多,本实验采用Folin-酚法。
Embryo tissue protein content is a measure of embryonic development is an important indicator. New et al confirmed that inoculation of rat embryos from the egg cylinder stage (8 days gestation) in vitro culture, the embryo can survive 4 to 5 days, grow to 30 to 40 segments of the somite stage. We compared the rate of embryo protein synthesis in vivo and in vitro grown from 9 to 14 days of gestation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the amount of synthetic protein in rat embryos cultured in vivo up to 11.5 days of gestation. And protein synthesis rate is more sensitive than organ differentiation. Determination of protein content in many ways, the experiment using Folin-phenol method.
