目的:探讨visfatin基因过表达对大鼠血脂的影响。方法:构建大鼠visfatin基因重组真核表达质粒,将该质粒转染大鼠。用全自动生化分析仪测定其血脂浓度。结果:与空载对照组相比,大鼠血浆总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有明显降低,而血浆游离脂肪酸、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇差异无统计学意义。结论:visfatin质粒转染可使大鼠血浆胆固醇水平降低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of visfatin gene overexpression on blood lipids in rats. Methods: The rat visfatin gene recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid was constructed and transfected into the rat. The blood lipid concentration was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the plasma of rats were significantly decreased, while there was no significant difference in plasma free fatty acids, triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion: visfatin plasmid transfection can reduce the level of plasma cholesterol in rats.
