目的了解和评价南阳市宛城区0~5岁健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹提供循证和决策支持。方法分层随机抽取0~45岁健康人群400人,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果宛城区0~8月龄儿童中麻疹GMT为1:197.23,抗体阳性率为25.00%,保护率为10.00%;8月~45岁组人群麻疹抗体GMT为1948.11,抗体阳性率为94.40%,保护率为73.13%。结论宛城区0~8月龄儿童中麻疹胎传抗体水平和保护率较低,不能达到有效的保护效果,建议在3-4月龄增加接种一剂麻疹疫苗,提高抗体水平,降低初始免疫月龄前婴儿麻疹发病率。
Objective To understand and evaluate the level of measles antibody in healthy population aged 0 ~ 5 years in Wancheng District, Nanyang City, and to provide evidence-based and decision-making support for the elimination of measles. Methods Totally 400 healthy population from 0 to 45 years old were stratified and stratified. Measles IgG antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The GMT of measles among children aged 0 ~ 8 months in Wancheng District was 1: 197.23, the positive rate of antibody was 25.00% and the protection rate was 10.00%. The GMT of measles antibody in 1948 ~ 11 was 94.9% The protection rate was 73.13%. Conclusion The measles measles antibody level and protection rate in children aged 0 ~ 8 months in Wancheng District are low and can not achieve effective protective effect. It is suggested that a measles vaccine be given at 3-4 months of age to raise the antibody level and reduce the initial immunization month Prenatal infant measles incidence.
