这项研究的目的是确定作为鲤饲料蛋白源的白鱼粉、肉粉、肉骨粉和糠麸粉的营养价值.试验分四组,尾重3—5g鲤鱼苗用不同的蛋白源配制的不同蛋白含量的饲料分别喂养,以确定其表观消化率、蛋白效率、蛋白净利用率和蛋白质的生物价。肉骨粉蛋白质的表观消化率为54%,白鱼粉为87%,糠麸粉为95%。白鱼粉的蛋白效率、蛋白净利用率和蛋白质生物价最高,其次是肉粉、肉骨粉,最低的是糠麸粉。肉骨粉的生物价较高因其具有较低的蛋白质消化率.对肉粉、肉骨粉和糠麸粉中蛋白质利用率较低是由于氨基酸组成决定的。
The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional value of white fishmeal, meat meal, meat and bone meal and bran powder as feed protein sources for carp.The experiment was divided into four groups with 3-5g tail carp fry with different protein sources The diets were fed separately to determine their apparent digestibility, protein efficiency, net protein utilization, and protein bioavailability. The apparent digestibility of MBM protein was 54%, white fish meal 87% and bran meal 95%. White fish meal protein efficiency, net utilization of protein and protein highest price, followed by meat meal, meat and bone meal, the lowest is bran powder. The higher bio-value of MBM because of its lower protein digestibility, the lower protein utilization of meat meal, MBM and bran meal is determined by the amino acid composition.
