老鼠斑鱼Cromite ptes altivelis是名贵的海产鱼类,历来受国内外市场青睐。是我国目前出口活鱼的主要品种,换汇率较高。但是,近年来过量的钓捕使老鼠斑鱼自然资源面临被破坏的威胁,要采取措施保护资源。同时,为适应国内外市场需求,我们要积极发展老鼠斑鱼人工养殖事业。目前,广东、福建、香港等地都在开展海水网箱养成,主要是从自然海区得到幼鱼养到一定规格出售,取得较高的利润。北部湾岛礁间都有老鼠斑鱼的分布,尤其围洲岛、斜阳岛资源更为丰富,对其保养成活技术及生物学,许多人进行了研究,在这些基础上,为了探索老鼠斑鱼室内水族箱人工饲养的可能性与饲养技术,我馆在1984年10月期间利用室内水族箱进行了老
