耳廓的耳垂部分是由脂肪和结缔组织构成的,其余部分是由软骨组成耳廓支架。软骨外覆软骨膜及皮肤;耳廓软骨借耳前韧带从耳屏附于颞骨颧突。由于耳廓供血不够丰富,代谢率低,抗感染能力差,受伤后容易发生感染,且不易愈合。尤其耳廓软骨外伤后,更易发生感染化脓,重则出现软骨坏死,愈合后往往后遗耳廓畸形。所以在耳廓外伤后,要力求彻底清创注意严密对位缝合,以利达到整容之目的。我院自1983年3月以来,急诊治疗耳廓不全离断伤5例

Due to insufficient auricle blood supply, low metabolic rate, poor anti-infective ability, prone to infection after injury, and not easy to heal. In particular, auricular cartilage trauma, the more susceptible to suppuration of infection, while the occurrence of cartilage necrosis, healing often auricle deformity. Therefore, after the traumatic auricle, to strive to thoroughly debridement pay attention to suture, in order to achieve the purpose of plastic surgery.
