患者,男性,60岁。无明显诱因感觉呼吸不畅2月余,近1个月咽部出现异物感,进食时吞咽食物不利。无疼痛感及其它不适。查体:一般情况好。间接喉镜见会厌舌面有一核桃大小的肿物,呈半球状,触之有波动感。肿物表面光滑,呈黄白色,基底部较宽。患者入院后在表面麻醉下行囊肿切除术。临床诊断:会厌囊肿。病理检查:囊性肿物1个,大小2.2×1×0.7cm,包膜较完整。切开囊肿,切面呈多房性,囊腔大小不等,最大的直径1 cm,最小的直径0.3cm,囊腔内充满黄白色奶酪样及豆渣样物。囊内壁光滑,囊壁厚薄不均,最厚处0.3cm,最薄处0.1c m,质软。
