华东地区第十二届工会院校理论与教学研讨会前不久在福建省厦门市举行。参加会议的有华东六省一市工会院校的领导及教师近30名。会议共收到论文及调查报告21篇。会议就当前工运理论一些热点、难点进行了研讨。代表对在世纪之交中国工会的改革取向、组织体制如何适应市场经济等表现了极大的关注。会议期间各院校领导还交流了学校管理、开
East China Twelfth Association of trade unions theory and teaching seminar held in Xiamen City, Fujian Province shortly before. Nearly 30 leaders and teachers from six trade unions in east China, one city in east China attended the conference. The conference received a total of 21 papers and survey reports. The conference discussed some hot and difficult points in the current work-related theory. The deputies have shown great concern about the reform orientation of the Chinese trade unions at the turn of the century and how the organizational structure can be adapted to the market economy.
