公安机关与律师依照法律肩负不同的职责,但其最终的是共同的,都是为我国民主法制建设服务。依法加强双方合作,有利于发挥共同作用,实现职能效益最大化,本文通过对律师担任公安维权律师的意义、维权律师职责、维权律师的自我素质等方面进行思考,提出了双方合作的可行性和必要性,以倡引这一做法的开展。
Public security organs and lawyers shoulder different responsibilities in accordance with the law, but their ultimate goal is to serve the construction of democracy and legal system in our country. The strengthening of cooperation between the two parties according to law is conducive to playing a joint role and maximizing the effectiveness of the functions. This article considers the lawyer’s role as a public security human rights lawyer, the rights lawyer’s rights and the rights of lawyers, and proposes the feasibility of cooperation between the two parties. Necessity to promote this practice.
