各区,县人民政府,市府直属各单位,驻穗各单位:根据广州市人民政府穗府[1989]91号文件精神,今年九月份,我市在开展整顿治理自行车交通秩序统一行动期间,省市厅、局级以上机关单位的干部参加交通执勤,对扩大整顿声势,协助民警管好自行车交通秩序起了重要的作用。为巩固前段整顿治理自行车交通秩序的成果,把这项工作继续深入下去。现根据十一月十七日市人民政府常务会议决定,从一九八九年十二月起至一九九○年五月底止,每周星期六上午为干部整治自行车交通秩序义务
