目的探讨大蒜素对小鼠脾细胞免疫功能和细胞内Toll受体4(TLR-4)、髓样分化因子88(MyD-88)表达的影响。方法用0.2、0.4和1.2g/kg剂量的大蒜素给小鼠灌胃30天,以脾淋巴细胞转化实验和DTH实验观察其对小鼠脾细胞免疫功能的影响和以免疫组化实验方法检测细胞内TLR-4、MYD-88表达的改变。结果0.2g/kg和1.2g/kg剂量组能提高小鼠的淋巴细胞转化能力,0.2g/kg BW剂量组能提高小鼠的足跖肿胀度,3个剂量组对小鼠的脾脏/体重比值和胸腺/体重比值无明显影响;各剂量组均能提高脾细胞内TLR-4、MyD-88的含量。结论大蒜素能明显调节机体的细胞免疫功能,该药理作用可能与大蒜素能够上调TLR-4、MyD-88的表达水平密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of allicin on the immune function of splenocytes and the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR-4) and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD-88) in mice. Methods The mice were gavaged with 0.2, 0.4 and 1.2g / kg allicin for 30 days. Conclusion Allicin can significantly regulate cellular immune function, which may be related to allicin up-regulation of TLR-4 and MyD-88 expression.
