目的:分析不同提取方法对枳实挥发油化学成分组成的影响。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法、2010年中国药典附录XD甲法、溶剂回流法、超声法提取枳实挥发油并通过GC-MS法进行成分分析,然后用归一化法计算各成分相对含量。结果:2010年中国药典附录XD甲法提取的挥发油成分丰富,被鉴定的成分占挥发油总量的70.39%。结论:不同提取方法对枳实挥发油成分的影响较大,除传统的水蒸气蒸馏法外,药典甲法方可考虑。
Objective: To analyze the effects of different extraction methods on the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. Methods: Volatile oil of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus was extracted by steam distillation, XD A method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Appendix XD), solvent reflux method and ultrasonic method respectively, and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was calculated by normalization method. Results: The volatile oil extracted from the XD A method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia was rich in 2010, accounting for 70.39% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: Different extraction methods have a great influence on the volatile oil components of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. In addition to the traditional steam distillation method, the Pharmacopoeia method can be considered.
