从1987年党的十三大以来,搞活国有大中型企业的问题就成为我国经 济改革的一个主要任务提出来了,经过8年多努力,成效甚微。各方 专家和企业界有识之士仁者见仁、智者见智,提出了许多见解和建议。国有企业通过改革的实践,也摸索和总结出不少办法和经验。但是国有企业的改革至今仍然没有理出一条具体明晰的思路来。
Since the 13th CPC National Congress in 1987, the problem of invigorating large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises has become a major task of China’s economic reforms. After eight years of hard work, little has been achieved. Experts from various parties and people of insight in the business community have seen the people and the wise see the wisdom and have put forward many opinions and suggestions. State-owned enterprises have also explored and summed up many methods and experiences through the practice of reform. However, the reform of state-owned enterprises still has not formulated a specific and clear thinking.
