为加强结核病防治工作全面质量管理,1982年对北京铁路局所属10个综合性医院结核科和1个防治所登记的全部现症(Ⅰ、Ⅱ组)病历1,087例进行检查,现将结果报告如下: 一、检查方法 (一)组成技术检查小组:由北京铁路局防痨办公室医生2名和各医院结核科医生11名组成。 (二)检查对象已登记管理的Ⅰ、Ⅱ组全部病例做为检查对象。查阅管理卡、病历(用药记录、复查情况、每月痰检次数等)及胸片。记录于事先备好的表格内,做为判定标准依据。
In order to strengthen the overall quality management of tuberculosis prevention and control, in 1982, 1,087 cases of all the existing disease (group I and group II) medical records registered in the 10 general hospitals of the Beijing Railway Bureau and one prevention and control center were examined. The results are reported as follows : First, the inspection methods (A) composed of technical inspection team: by the Beijing Railway Bureau anti-tuberculosis office doctors and 11 hospitals tuberculosis physicians. (B) check the object has been registered management of all cases of Ⅰ, Ⅱ group as the test object. Check the management card, medical records (medication records, review the situation, the number of monthly sputum examination, etc.) and chest X-ray. Records prepared in advance of the table, as a basis for determining the criteria.
