心脏时相测定和心尖搏动图检查——57例正常人和41例冠心病人分析

测定心动周期中各个间期的变化及心尖搏动图作为无创性的心脏功能检查方法近年来国内、外已屡有报道。为了探索这些指标的正常值及其在冠心病人中的变化,我院于1979年10月至1980年8月间对57例正常人和41例冠心病人进行了测定,现将结果报道如下。

Determination of cardiac cycle changes in various intervals and apical beat chart as a noninvasive method of cardiac function in recent years at home and abroad have been repeatedly reported. In order to explore the normal value of these indicators and their changes in patients with coronary heart disease, our hospital from October 1979 to August 1980 57 normal subjects and 41 cases of coronary heart disease were measured, the results reported below .
