时代不断发展,党内关怀也应与时俱进。本文对现有的高校内党内关怀实践进行理论分析,以发放“无锡市党内关怀激励与党员成长调查问卷”的形式进行调查,同时引入马斯洛的需求理论,试图找出高校在贯彻党内关怀问题上存在的不足,希望在此基础上,提炼出有用模式以完善高校党内关怀机制。
With the continuous development of the times, the care in the party should also keep pace with the times. This paper carries out a theoretical analysis of the existing inner-party caring practice in colleges and universities, and investigates the issuance of the Questionnaire on In-party Care Incentives and Party Members’ Growth in Wuxi City. At the same time, On the basis of the existing problems in the process of inner-party caring, we hope that we can extract useful models to improve the inner-party caring mechanism in colleges and universities.
