江西省水利工程造价管理工作,由于管理体制不顺,编制工程概(估)算标准不统一,没有一套完整的编制办法,修概、词概、追加概算没有严格的定义,使定额站工作无业务主管部门,同一工程不同标准,工程投资概(估)算相差甚远,超概现象十分普遍和严重,无章可循,无据可依;等等这些,亟需有关部门加强行业领导,尽快明确、统一编制办法和定额标准。
