十一届全国人大常委会第二十五次会议初次审议了资产评估法草案。这部法律草案对资产评估行为、资产评估当事人合法权益和公共利益、评估行业的监管体制都作出了规定,旨在促进评估行业健康发展,维护社会主义市场经济秩序。会上,与会委员认真审议,各抒己见,围绕资产评估行业自律、资产评估范围、资产评估机构管理等问题提出许多很有见地的意见、建议。在此,特摘发几位委员的发言,以飨读者。
The 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC examined the draft asset valuation method for the first time. This draft law regulates the asset evaluation act, the legal rights and interests of the parties involved in the asset valuation and the public interest, as well as the regulatory system of the evaluation industry. It aims at promoting the healthy development of the assessment industry and safeguarding the order of the socialist market economy. At the meeting, the members of the meeting carefully reviewed and expressed their opinions on the self-regulation of assets assessment industry, the scope of assets assessment, assets assessment agency management and many other issues raised many insightful opinions and suggestions. At this point, we took the speeches of several commissioners to readers.
