当今随着快速经济发展,科技力量迅速提升,现代化建筑正如雨后春笋般涌现。农村劳动生产力出现剩余,大量剩余劳动力转移到城市的建设中,从而成为建设城市的主力军。城市因这些农民工而更加美丽,但是在建筑业中,存在着农民工正当权益得不到有效的维护,本文通过对建筑行业农民工权利存在的问题和原因进行分析,并提供了相关建议。
Nowadays, with the rapid economic development, the strength of science and technology is rapidly increasing. Modern buildings are sprung up like mushrooms. Surplus labor productivity in rural areas, a large surplus of labor force transferred to the construction of the city, thus becoming the main force in building the city. The city is more beautiful because of these migrant workers, but in the construction industry, the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers are not effectively maintained. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of migrant workers’ rights in the construction industry and provides relevant suggestions.
