目前,我国已经进入经济社会发展的关键阶段。对发展中的国有煤炭企业来说,这一时期既是重要的发展阶段,又是矛盾的凸显期。尽管企业注重构建和谐、稳定的工作局面,注重让广大职工群众共享企业改革发展的成果,但是职工群众仍有不少问题需要向企业反映,仍然存在部分可能直接导致大规模群体上访的隐患。
At present, our country has entered a crucial stage of economic and social development. For the developing state-owned coal enterprises, this period is both an important phase of development and a period of prominent contradictions. Although the enterprises pay attention to building a harmonious and steady working environment and pay attention to letting the masses of workers and staff share the fruits of enterprise reform and development, there are still many problems that the workers and the masses need to report to the enterprises. There are still some hidden dangers that may directly cause large-scale petitioners.
