马克思主义之所以被中国共产党接受,是由于中国社会的具体社会条件具有这样的需要,因此,马克思主义也在中国社会发展的实践中发挥了作用。中国的新民主主义革命以及社会主义革命的法律实践,需要理顺中国革命和法律的关系,需要明确革命胜利后,是否需要法律以及需要的程度,还需要正确认识中国法律的性质问题。本文我们将就马克思主义法律思想中国化的内涵展开分析与论述。
The reason why Marxism was accepted by the Communist Party of China is that social conditions in Chinese society have such needs. Therefore, Marxism also played a role in the practice of social development in China. The new-democratic revolution in China and the socialist practice in the revolution require rationalizing the relationship between the Chinese revolution and the law. It is necessary to clarify whether the law and the need are needed after the victory of the revolution. We must also correctly understand the nature of Chinese law. In this article, we will analyze and discuss the connotation of the sinicization of Marxist legal thought.
