苍南县海洋与渔业局是苍南县人民政府主管海洋综合管理与渔业工作的直属机构,依法行使海洋监察、渔政渔港监督管理、渔船检验和渔业安全生产监督管理等职能。下属事业单位有县渔政站、苍南渔港监督(县渔船检验站)、县水产研究所(县渔业技术推广站)、县海水养殖公司和县淡水渔业开发服务公司等;配备有中国渔政33025船等3艘执法船(艇),拥有一支高素质、高水平、富有战斗力的海洋与渔业执法管理队伍。
