为了发挥高职教育服务区域经济的核心作用,高职院校的办学必须走校企合作的道路。有效实施校企合作,要求高职院校充分发挥地方主动性,根据区域经济特点,整合地方资源,创新校企合作的运行机制。温州职业技术学院瑞安学院依托区域行业,改革探索岗位就业导向“双元九共”的混合制办学模式,在校企合作模式改革创新方面提供了一定的参考。
In order to give play to the core role of higher vocational education in serving the regional economy, the running of higher vocational colleges must take the road of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The effective implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation requires vocational colleges to give full play to local initiatives and integrate local resources according to the characteristics of regional economy so as to innovate the operating mechanism for the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College Ruian College relies on the regional industry, reform and exploration of post employment-oriented “dual nine ” mixed mode of running a school, in the school-enterprise cooperation reform and innovation provides some reference.
