本文对具有球形柱塞头的轴向柱塞泵进行了运动学分析,建立了柱塞与斜盘间接触点的滑移速度与泵的结构参数的关系。指出精心设计油泵的结构参数是控制接触点滑移速度大小和相对磨损程度的关键。这一研究结果适用于所有轴向柱塞泵。
In this paper, a kinematic analysis of an axial piston pump with a spherical plunger tip is established, and the relationship between the slip speed of the contact point between the plunger and the swash plate and the structural parameters of the pump is established. It is pointed out that carefully designing the structural parameters of the oil pump is the key to control the slippage speed and relative wear degree of the contact point. The results of this study apply to all axial piston pumps.
