本文对来自我国长春(自犬分离,简称T.s6)、河南、天津、西安、河南和云南(均自猪分离,分别称T.s1、T.s2、T.s3、T.s4和T.s5)旋毛虫6个分离株的8种同工酶进行了研究。T.s6株与其他各分离株在5种同工酶(GPI、G6PD、HK、6PGDH、AK)酶谱上存在着差异;在ME和PGM的酶谱中完全相同;在MDH酶谱中,T.s6株与T.s1、T.s4两株酶谱相似,而与T.s2、T.s3、T.s5不同。结果表明:犬分离株旋毛虫(T.s6株)与源自猪的5个分离株旋毛虫的大多数同工酶酶谱存在明显差异。提示,我国旋毛虫虫株可能存在着两种不同的生物学类型。
