目的:提高临床对鼻窦曲菌病的认识。方法:回顾性分析了7例非变应性鼻窦曲菌病的临床资料。结果:非侵袭型者中3例治愈,侵袭型者中2例分别于治疗后5个月、9个月死于鼻脑曲菌病,其余2例仍在观察治疗中。结论:综合分析患者的临床表现、影像学检查及上颌窦穿刺结果等有助于提高本病的术前确诊率。对确诊有困难的病例,宜及早手术探查并行组织学检查以免延误病倩。本病变若侵入颅内时则预后不良。
Objective: To improve the clinical knowledge of Aspergillus sinusitis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of non-allergic sinus aspergillosis clinical data. Results: Three of the noninvasive type were cured and two of the invasive type died of nasal aspergillosis at 5 and 9 months after treatment respectively. The remaining 2 cases were still under observation and treatment. Conclusion: A comprehensive analysis of the patient’s clinical manifestations, imaging studies and maxillary sinus puncture results can help improve the preoperative diagnosis of the disease. On the diagnosis of difficult cases, should be as early as possible surgical exploration of histological examination to avoid disease Qian. If the invasion of intracranial lesions, the prognosis is poor.
