目的:探讨减少脊髓肿瘤手术创伤的有效途径。方法:对术前诊断明确的5例囊性脊髓外肿瘤,先行术前精确体表定位,采用小切口结合显微外科技术切除。结果:肿瘤均达到全切,术后原症状体征消失快,无严重并发症。结论:小切口结合显微技术是微侵袭化切除脊髓外囊性肿瘤的有效方法。
Objective: To explore effective ways to reduce surgical trauma of spinal cord tumors. Methods: Five cases of cystic extra-spinal cord tumors with definite diagnosis before operation were examined with precise preoperative surface localization and small incision combined with microsurgical techniques. Results: The tumors were all cut, the symptoms disappeared after the original symptoms, no serious complications. Conclusion: Small incision combined with microscopy is an effective method of micro-invasive resection of spinal cystic neoplasms.
