为揭示缺硼影响矿质元素吸收的机理,以四季萝卜为试验材料,通过设置营养液缺硼(不含硼元素)、正常供硼(含硼46.3μmol·L-1)两个处理,测定缺硼处理21 d时肉质根、新叶和老叶等部位硼含量及Fe、Cu等矿质元素的含量;并利用甲苯胺蓝–O(TBO)染色叶片切片,观察叶片酸度的变化。结果表明,缺硼使四季萝卜肉质根和叶片细胞壁的结合硼含量显著下降,而Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu含量显著增加。缺硼还造成叶片p H值下降,嗜碱性颗粒减少。因此,缺硼可能通过影响细胞壁稳定性,导致叶片的结构和成分发生改变,使叶片p H值下降,从而促进了对其它矿质元素的吸收。
In order to reveal the mechanism of boron deficiency affecting the absorption of mineral elements, four-season radish was used as experimental material. Two treatments, boron deficiency (without boron) and boron (46.3 μmol·L-1) The content of boron and the contents of Fe, Cu and other mineral elements in fleshy root, new leaf, old leaf and other parts of boron treated with boron for 21 days. The leaf acidity of leaves was observed by using TBO stain. The results showed that boron deficiency decreased the content of boron, and the contents of Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in fleshy root and leaves of four seasons radish significantly increased. Boron deficiency also caused pH values in leaves to decrease and basophilic granules to decrease. Therefore, boron deficiency may affect the stability of the cell wall, resulting in changes in the structure and composition of the leaves, leaves p H value decreased, thus contributing to the absorption of other mineral elements.
