随着人民生活水平的提高,对医疗行业有了更高的要求,日渐突出的医患矛盾,频繁发生的医疗纠纷,甚至酿成医患冲突和群体性事件,已成为不可忽视的社会问题。我院2010年以来连续发生几起恶性医疗纠纷,给社会和员工造成不同程度的负面影响。因此怎样正确面对当今恶劣的医疗环境,医护人员在工作中怎样提高自我保护意识,进行安全有效的治疗和护理是除日常工作外摆在大家面前一个刻不容缓、迫在眉睫的问题。
With the improvement of people’s living standards, higher requirements have been placed on the medical industry. The increasingly prominent contradictions between doctors and patients, frequent medical disputes, and even the formation of doctor-patient conflicts and mass incidents have become a social issue that can not be ignored. Since 2010, there have been several vicious medical disputes in our hospital continuously, causing varying degrees of negative impact on the society and employees. Therefore, how to properly face the current harsh medical environment, how to raise the awareness of self-protection among medical staff at work, and to provide safe and effective treatment and care is an urgent and urgent issue that we must face before our daily work.
