目的:探讨中西医结合治疗腹部手术后功能性胃排空障碍的疗效。方法:对1997年1.月～2007年1月收治的43例因不同腹部手术后发生功能性胃排空障碍患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组和对照组,分别观察其治疗效果。结果:所有43例患者均经非手术治疗后痊愈出院,无一例再手术,其中治疗组与对照组在3周内恢复例数、4周内恢复例数和平均胃管放置时间方面比较均有较明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗腹部手术后功能性胃排空障碍疗效显著.应尽量避免再手术。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on functional gastric emptying after abdominal surgery. Methods: Forty-three patients with functional gastric emptying disorder after different abdomen operations admitted from January 1997 to January 2007 were randomly divided into two groups: Integrative Medicine Group and Control Group. The therapeutic effects were observed respectively. Results: All 43 patients were discharged after non-surgical treatment, without any reoperation. Among them, the number of cases recovered in 3 weeks and the cases recovered in 4 weeks and the average time of gastric tube placement were both More obvious advantages (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of functional gastric emptying after abdominal surgery is obvious with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Reoperation should be avoided as much as possible.
