目前,国内外已有的工程机械液压系统原位检测仪,其流量测试均采用涡轮流量传感器。与室内试验台常用的椭圆齿轮式、浮子式流量计相比,其体积小、精度也能满足要求,但应用这类检测仪进行原位检测时,必须把系统管路拆开,将传感器串联其中,由于拆装麻烦且拆装过程中无法避免的泄油以及多次拆装测试后造成接头损伤等原因而难以推广应用;另外,涡轮流量传感器一般不能承受高压,因而不能实现机械作业中的监测。因此,“不拆管路进行流量测量”便成为人们努力探索的课题。近
