2014年,我国人才工作坚持高端引领、整体开发,以高层次创新型人才和高技能人才为重点,统筹推进各类人才队伍建设。在培养创新型科技人才方面,科技部深入实施创新人才推进计划,中科院建立特聘研究员计划,加快高层次创新型人才培养。在培育高技能人才方面,人力资源社会保障部深入实施高技能人才振兴计划,新建80个国家级高技能人才培训基地和100个技能大师工作室。此外,各类人才队伍建设不断取得新的成效,呈现协调推进态势。国资委实施企业经营管理人才
In 2014, China's personnel work adhere to the high-end leading, the overall development, with high-level innovative talents and highly skilled personnel as the key point, co-ordinate and promote the construction of various types of personnel. In cultivating innovative science and technology personnel, the Ministry of Science and Technology has implemented in depth the plan for promoting innovative personnel, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences established a program of distinguished fellows to speed up the training of innovative talents at a high level. In cultivating highly-skilled personnel, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security implemented in-depth the plan of rejuvenating highly-skilled personnel, newly established 80 state-level high-skilled personnel training bases and 100 skilled masters' studios.
