本文以河南省X市义务教育阶段的公立学校(含县级市及县以下的乡镇、村)为范围,对语文教师的教学改革实施现状做了一次调查研究。调查发现语文教学改革实施现状离《语文课程标准》的课程理念、目标及实施建议相差甚远,完美的课程改革理念在教学实践中最终束之高阁。进一步提出语文课程与教学改革急需自下而上的推动,教育管理者和研究者要开展切切实实的田野教育研究,旨在通过影响广大的一线教师进而达到影响整个教育的效果。
In this paper, a survey is conducted on the status quo of the implementation of teaching reform by Chinese teachers in the public schools (including the county-level cities and townships and villages below the county level) in Henan Province X compulsory education period. The survey found that the implementation status of Chinese teaching reform is far from the curriculum concept, target and implementation suggestions of “Chinese Curriculum Standard”. The perfect curriculum reform concept is finally put away from teaching practice. It is further proposed that the Chinese curriculum and teaching reform urgently need to be promoted from bottom to top. Educational administrators and researchers should carry out practical field education research aimed at achieving the impact on the entire education through influencing a large number of front-line teachers.
