在国际贸易流通的背景下,文章通过对我国和新加坡主要港口优势和劣势条件的对比,发现港口竞争力受以下两类因素的影响:一类是内在因素,如港口硬件条件和服务类型等;另一类是外在因素,如该地区的金融环境、交通环境、地理环境、区域经济环境等。文章认为,我国港口竞争力的提升必须内外两手抓,既要整合资源,完善和创新港口的服务项目,重视管理人才的引进和流通技术的创新,又要注意港口之间的战略合作。政府则应从政策层面上支持我国港口的对外开放。
In the context of international trade circulation, the article compares the advantages and disadvantages of major ports in China and Singapore and finds that the competitiveness of ports is affected by two factors: one is internal factors, such as port hardware conditions and service types; The other is external factors, such as the region’s financial environment, traffic environment, geographical environment, regional economic environment. The article believes that the improvement of the competitiveness of our country’s ports must be grasped both inside and outside, it is necessary to integrate resources, improve and innovate port services, pay attention to the introduction of management personnel and innovation of circulation technology, but also pay attention to the strategic cooperation between ports. The government should support the opening of China’s ports from the policy level.
