近年来,国内外已将血清铁蛋白(SF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-m)测定用作恶性肿瘤的诊断指标。本文采用放射免疫分析法联合测定血清中上述三项指标,探讨在联合测定中对肺癌患者鉴别诊断的意义。资料和方法一、检测对象: (一)肺癌患者:116例(男81例,女35例),均为住院病例,平均年龄62.3岁(40~70岁),病例均经临床、实验室检查及病理证实。 (二)对照组:均我院健康职工体检者。二、方法:SF、CEA、β_2-m均采用RIA法,药盒来自中国原子能研究院。操作按说明书,仪器采用FJ2O03/200G全自动γ计数仪。
In recent years, serum ferritin (SF), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), and β 2 -microglobulin (β 2 -m) have been used as diagnostic indicators for malignancy at home and abroad. This article uses radioimmunoassay in the combined determination of serum in the above three indicators to explore the significance of differential diagnosis of lung cancer patients in the joint determination. Data and Methods I. Detection Targets: (1) Patients with lung cancer: 116 patients (81 males and 35 females) who were hospitalized and had an average age of 62.3 years (40 to 70 years). All cases were clinically and laboratoryly examined. And confirmed by pathology. (B) Control group: All of our hospital health workers. Second, methods: SF, CEA, β_2-m are used RIA method, the kit from China Institute of Atomic Energy. Operation according to the instructions, the instrument uses FJ2O03/200G automatic gamma counter.
