自1983～1989年作者应用 Olympus 纤维结肠镜为14岁以下患儿进行诊断与治疗性镜检,未发生任何并发症。本文回顾性总结了小儿纤结镜在临床应用中的重要作用,确认息肉是下消化道出血的主要原因。文内阐述了镜检注意事项和防治并发症的具体措施。本镜检尚可用于小肠出血的定位与治疗、肠套叠的诊断与整复。
From 1983 to 1989, the author used Olympus colonoscopy for diagnosis and therapeutic microscopy in children under the age of 14, without any complications. This review retrospectively summarizes the important role of pediatric fibroscopes in clinical applications and confirms that polyps are the major cause of lower gastrointestinal bleeding. This article describes the precautions for microscopic examination and the specific measures for preventing and treating complications. This microscopy can also be used for localization and treatment of intestinal bleeding, diagnosis and restoration of intussusception.
