目的观察Zyoptix个体化非球面切削准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视眼的疗效。方法接受Zyoptix个体化非球面切削LASIK手术的近视患者63例(126只眼)作为试验组,同期接受Zyoptix波前引导LASIK手术的68例(136只眼)作为对照组,对2组的疗效进行比较。结果 2组术后屈光度数差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月时,试验组32.7%患眼术后裸眼视力优于其术前戴镜矫正视力,而对照组此比例为30%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。当瞳孔直径为6 mm时,试验组手术前后高阶像差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组术后1个月、3个月高阶像差较术前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Zyoptix波前引导个体化非球面切削术后视觉质量优于Zyoptix波前引导LASIK术。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Zyoptix astigmatic laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) on myopia. Methods Sixty-three patients (126 eyes) with myopia treated with Zyoptix individualized aspheric LASIK were selected as the experimental group and 68 patients (136 eyes) received Zyoptix wavefront guided LASIK during the same period as the control group.
